Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order. We will advise if the goods that you have requested are out of stock and give you the option of placing these on backorder with an estimated delivery timeframe.

We understand there will be times when a birthday is forgotten or an unexpected announcement needs celebrating and if we can help make that moment for you, we will.

Weekdays - Urgent Courier
Weekends – if time permits us, and your gift is SUPER urgent we can deliver it to you or your recipient personally, including gift wrapping if required. Please phone for a quote. Minimum delivery charge is $25.00 inc GST. Gift wrapping extra.

Tracking your Order

The current status of your order can be checked by emailing info@limebox.co.nz. Lime:Box retains a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. For your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Lime:Box website - your credit card details are not held on the website.
